The gang at Nakitsilik has a varied racing background.
Laurie has placed with ISDRA (International Sled Dog Racing Association): 1998 - 2000
as #2 in Western Canada, # 2 in British Columbia & #8th place (1998-1999) &
#9th place (1999-2000) International Standings for adult Gig 4 Dog Speed
Champion,
She was #2 Sprint race team (1999) with the BC Siberian Husky Club
Placed in the top of her classes for novice cart (Gig) racing with the Northwest
Sleddog Racing Association (1997 - 1998)
Watch for us at the Jack Gawthorn in 100 Mile House and on
the trail at the annual Gold Rush Mail Run between Quesnel & Barkerville in
January 2008.
